I am very pleased with the Phillip Roy Educational Computer Programs. I have
been using them with several of my marginal functioning students. One
student is a non-reader. I am pleased to report that the programs have
allowed the students to develop reading skills that please me to a great
extent. The scope and sequence of the program is well planned and presented.
The instructor can easily work the student into using the computer and the
program. The program allows for the necessary repetition and skill
development. The report section allows the instructor to easily track the
student's progress and make educational prescriptions.
I do thank Phillip Roy for making this program available to me and do
recommend it for use by other educators. Any one using the program does need
to become familiar with the scope and sequence of the program, since it does
have involved skill development activities for the student.
